Policy

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Academic Teacher handles enquiries, service scope, communication, deadlines, revisions and responsible academic use.

Enquiries and information provided

Students should provide accurate information including subject, academic level, deadline, word count, brief, marking criteria, required referencing style and any relevant guidance from their institution.

Scope of support

The agreed scope depends on the selected service, such as proofreading, editing, planning guidance, research guidance, model examples, data interpretation or presentation support. Any extra work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Deadlines

Deadlines are reviewed before support begins. Short-deadline requests may have limited scope depending on complexity, available information and response time.

Student responsibility

Students are responsible for checking final materials, following institutional rules, using support responsibly and ensuring any submitted work represents their own understanding and contribution.

Communication

Clear communication is required to avoid delays. Missing briefs, unclear requirements, late responses, changed instructions or incomplete files may affect delivery, quality, price or turnaround.

Classification-targeted support and limits

Academic Teacher can work towards an agreed UK classification target where the brief, academic level, marking criteria, word count, referencing style and deadline are clear. Final marks, classifications, degree outcomes, admission decisions and employment outcomes are awarded by external institutions or organisations and cannot be controlled or guaranteed by Academic Teacher.

Payments

Academic Teacher does not currently collect card details directly through the website. If online payments are introduced, payment information will be processed by trusted third-party payment providers and not stored directly by Academic Teacher.

Responsible use

Model materials and examples are provided for learning and reference only and must not be submitted as a student's own work.
